If you have any concern at all that your package will not make it on time please email us at store@quincymtk.com before placing your order.

Order Processing:
All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM EST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 4PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 4PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

Refunds & Returns:

Exchange or return for store credit only within 14 days of date of purchase.  All tags must be attached and item(s) must be unused/unworn. Final sale on swimwear and beauty.  Please reach out with any questions prior to purchase.

We endeavor to describe and display products and workshops as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining products and workshops, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions, because we might not have drank enough coffee the day we published something. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.

Please note we currently do not offer International Shipping and only offer Standard Shipping within the continental United States.
