Lei Making Workshop

Meleana Estes is an expert lei maker extraordinaire among many other things! Hailing from Honolulu, HI, the tradition and spirit of lei making has been taught and passed down to her by her family. She hosts workshops to share and teach others the beautiful art of lei making.

All of the gorgeous flora and tools needed were provided by Meleana to make your very own haku lei or lei crown. With hands-on instructions and exampled techniques, Meleana led us through the entire process.

Each attendee walked away with a beautiful lei piece and received a goodie bag with items from The Girl & The Water and ALOHA Collection. Thank you to all the brands that supported this event and a big thank you to Meleana for teaching and sharing your beautiful talent with us!
